In celebration of the publication by the Cornell Law Review of a biographical anthology of all the judges appointed to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit during the Court’s 125-year history, the Court of Appeals will hold oral arguments at the Cornell Law School, Ithaca, New York.
