Petition for a writ of certiorari to the US Supreme Court

A party seeking United States Supreme Court review of a Court of Appeals judgment or order must
file a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari with the Supreme Court within 90 days from the date of the entry of
judgment or denial of the petition for rehearing. The party may move to stay the mandate, pending application to the Supreme Court for a writ of certiorari. FRAP 41(d)(2).
